Each project is designed with the community it serves and handed over to local structures that keep it running.
Organising women's groups to collect, process and market quality shea butter, with training in quality standards, packaging and collective bargaining so more of the final price stays in the community.
Equipping rural women and young people with agro-processing skills, improved equipment and food safety practices, turning a seasonal crop into year-round household income.
Community-led mapping of climate risks, water access and livelihood priorities, producing the evidence base that shapes how programmes are designed in each village.
Taking findings back to the communities that produced them for validation, then into district dialogue so local priorities reach the people who allocate resources.
